We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase and our aim is to ensure that all products supplied to our customers arrive in good condition,
commensurate with their age. In respect of "corked bottles" we do not offer any refund/credit as this is the responsibility of the producer to whom
you should address any complaint. Personalised gifts are exempt from the right of cancellation.
Your Cancellation Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, orders for goods may be cancelled within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the goods.
To exercise this right of cancellation you must send us notification by email to email@example.com and please provide the following
details, your full name, geographical address, order number and a contact telephone number.
If you exercise this right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered, you must then arrange to have the goods returned to us. The costs of
returning goods to us shall be borne by you. All returned goods should be undamaged and in their original packaging. You are responsible for the
goods until they reach us. We recommend that you retain proof of postage and for your own protection use a tracked delivery service that insures
you for the total value of the goods.
Upon receipt of the goods in their original condition we will give you a full refund of the amount paid to the value of the goods. All refunds will be
issued within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods to your credit card or bank account depending on the purchase payment method.
