We use tracked and insured delivery services via the Royal Mail or a Specialist Carrier to ensure that your wines arrive with you in perfect condition.
The goods will be delivered to the delivery address given when you place your order. Unfortunately we are unable to fulfill deliveries to PO boxes as
a signature is always required upon receipt. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over at the delivery address. If there is no-one
available when the carrier attempts delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card for you to re-arrange delivery at a more convenient time, or you may
collect the goods yourself with proof of identity from your local delivery depot. Any parcel that has been damaged or shows signs of leakage should
be refused and you must request that the goods are returned to the sender. In this case, we need to be notified by email within 48 hours so that we
can proceed with a new shipment or a refund.
Delivery charges vary according to the destination and weight of the parcel. All charges and delivery dates are automatically calculated for you when
a product is added to your basket. Simply select a delivery destination from the drop-down list. Below are some indicative costs and delivery options
available for online purchases.

If you are based outside the United Kingdom, you may also have to pay import duty or other local taxes applied by customs in the country of receipt.
Any additional charges for customs clearance shall be borne by you, we have no control over these charges and cannot advise what duties and taxes
would be payable. We recommend that you contact your local customs or tax office for further information. Refunds are not available for goods that
have been destroyed, delayed or returned to us by customs.
