Côte de Beaune

Côte de Beaune is better known for its white wines from the Chardonnay grape. Home to famous villages such as Pernand-Vergelesses, Meursault,

Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet. Excellent red wines are also produced in Aloxe-Corton, Beaune (the regions unofficial wine capital), 

Pommard and Volnay.
